100% Uptime Service Level Agreement
The OnePartner Advanced Technology & Applications Center (ATAC) is the first Certified, Commercial Tier III facility in the U.S. A Tier III facility is designed for "concurrent maintainability", meaning every production component may be taken offline for scheduled maintenance without sacrificing overall system availability. Concurrent maintainability ensures the ATAC infrastructure is kept at optimal performance, without it any infrastructure will inevitably fail.
Therefore, scheduled maintenance windows required for other facilities are not required for the ATAC.
Availability Commitment: 100% uptime includes
- Power provisions to cabinets and suites
- HVAC
- Data Center internal services network
If our service level agreement is not met for any calendar month, OnePartner will credit our Customer's account for 1/2 of the Customer's monthly colocation fees. Additional terms apply and are provided with contracts.
